say u have grotto armor w/ like +5 energy and +30 armor (vs. blah) can u still aply a rune to that armor? 'cause i know runes dont stack and u can only have one on each peice so im just a little confused

Yes. A rune can be applied to any armor piece, so long as the rune applies to your primary profession.

Just a question... you're asking about Grotto armor and you're still not sure about application of runes?

Anyway, when it says runes are non-stacking, it means you cannot stack the effects of one rune with another rune for the same attribute. If you have 2 Fire runes, one Minor, one Major, applied to two different armor pieces, you will receive the benefit of only the Major, the Minor is wasted.

Attributes from runes WILL stack with attributes on your headpiece, however.
